Come and learn some stand-up striking as well as various clinching techniques. This class will teach you to be quick and sharp with a combination of your fist, knees, elbows and shins used.

Adults and children train together, new members are always welcome. Kids can watch a training session to see if they are interested. Beginners can start training after each club grading, roughly every four months or so. Contact to check start date.
