Specialist in pre- and post-natal training, with over 7 years experience as a personal trainer. Buggy Mums gives the chance to chat and be around other like minded mums while exercising outdoors with your little ones, including walking, running, and resistance exercises you can do with or without the pram. In Studio Mamma all children and mums are welcome, and also pregnancy suitable from the 2nd trimester. Each week we focus on the muscles which are effected the most during and after pregnancy, focussing on building the strength back slowly and surely and working on posture.
