As part of the Heritage Open Days program, there will be free access to the National Trust site Gibside Рwith Georgian landscape gardens, walled garden, Gibside Hall ruins, chapel, caf̩ and second-hand bookshop. Walking trails for differing abilities, including the Explorer Trail, with den building area and Strawberry Castle play area. Last entry 4.30pm (car park locked at 6pm).
