Whether your little one is a budding chef or a fussy eater, there’s plenty of benefits to getting kids involved in the kitchen from an early age. Children can get a sense of responsibility and pride from cooking to help to combat fussiness, and can learn the importance of a balanced diet to help instill healthy eating habits throughout adulthood. There’s also plenty of opportunities to practice key skills, including reading, counting, measuring and telling the time.
Tiny Tasters offer fun cooking classes across the North East suitable from toddlers to primary school, where little ones can make, bake and create as they release their inner chef! They have been been working hard during the lockdown to bring families regular live cook-a-long sessions, for free!
The team are often joined by adorable mini helpers, demonstrating the fun (and sometimes the challenges!) of cooking with littlies! It’s a great opportunity to expand your cooking repertoire, with ideas for breakfast, snacks, lunch & main meals that the whole family will love.
