🎆 Funfair, live music and more, hosted by Kenny D who will be giving out prizes. Spectacular lower noise pyromusical, firework and flame show on Saturday, and on Sunday The Big Bang event with spectacular spooky firework and terrifying tunes. Doors open-5pm, displays-7.45pm. Organised by AH Events in partnership with Nobles Funfairs and Reaction Fireworks.

North Tyneside Council – FREE Fireworks Festival The Links, Whitley Bay, NE26 1TQ
🎆 Fairground rides and refreshments from 6pm, display starts at 7pm lasting for around 20 minutes. Traffic in the area will be busy, visitors are encouraged to use the Metro. In the event of bad weather, the event will take place the following night. FREE entry. No booking required. More info here.
South Tyneside Council – FREE Fireworks Displays South Shields Seafront
🎆 Two free displays, with a short display at 6.30pm and main display at 8pm. Featuring a special tribute to the NHS as well as upbeat music and tracks that trended during the pandemic. Taking place behind the fairground, although visitors are also encouraged to make use of the many coastline vantage points to enjoy the displays from a distance. In association with Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, sponsored by The New Sundial. FREE. No booking required. More info here.

Please use designated car parks along seafront/town centre. Additional parking available at Bents Park too (£2 per vehicle, please have correct change if possible).
Saltwell Park Fireworks Update
Gateshead Council have confirmed that the annual display at Saltwell Park, Gateshead is not taking place for 2021, however are working to bring it back for 2022.
