Land of Oak & Iron are excited to host the next of our regular ‘Meet the Maker‘ events, with Silversmith Gem Bainbridge.
Gem is the maker and creator behind ‘JewelGemJewellery’ and is based in Blaydon. “I enjoy searching for sea glass usually at the beautiful beach of Seaham in County Durham. I make my jewellery from my spare bedroom which has now turned into my studio, it is my happy place where I can create special pieces.”
Come along to meet Gem, buy some of her beautiful jewellery or maybe even commission a bespoke piece of jewellery. Also available to purchase for a limited period in the Heritage Centre shop, each piece is unique and individually designed.
